I recently purchased a pre-owned Lexus ES from Ignacio Garrigos of Lexus of Wayzata. The process overall was the best experience I've had when purchasing a vehicle. I did hours of research before going in, so I knew how much my trade was worth, and had an idea of a fair price on the car I purchased. The dealership didn't play any games with me and offered me very near what I expected from my trade, and was able to sell me their vehicle in a range that fit my budget as well. A problem occurred late in the sale while I was in the finance department, and my salesman remedied the issue within minutes. The finance department was typical of that of a dealership. The usual up-sale of services that one expects, but I felt that the prices offered for said services were very reasonable and within my budget for things like maintenance plans, and extended warranties. Finally, the dealership offers a 'vehicle delivery' service where a specialist runs down some of the systems in the car and helps demonstrate the technology and some best practices when using it. While I felt like I didn't need the service, the specialist Eric was a great person to work with and overall capped off the experience nicely. Overall, I will definitely be coming back to Lexus of Wayzata should I be in the market for another Lexus either when I'm ready to update my car or my wife is interested in a Lexus as well. More
