I had the most frustrating and upsetting experience getting my “routine” 10k service completed last week. There was absolutely no proactive communication to confirm my appointment, explain the compl getting my “routine” 10k service completed last week. There was absolutely no proactive communication to confirm my appointment, explain the complimentary service pick up & delivery time frames or provide information regarding the delay in servicing my vehicle. It took constant calls to the service department to get them to.work on my vehicle and I had to return the courtesy vehicle myself otherwise my car would have not have been returned until after the weekend. Service was scheduled for Thursday and I picked the vehicle picked up myself late Friday afternoon. It was a totally aggravating experience. Lexus is supposed to be a luxury car. There is absolutely no luxury in utilizing the service department. Do yourself a favor and find a trusted local mechanic who will value your business and you as a customer! More
