Yan was great! Very helpful and kind. I wish I got to see him , like I was supposed to, the first time I came in the week before on Thursday. He was still with a customer but I was willing to wait, after spe him , like I was supposed to, the first time I came in the week before on Thursday. He was still with a customer but I was willing to wait, after speaking to him on the phone I knew I wanted to deal with him. John came and got me, I said several times I would wait for Yan. He insisted. We took test drives, I answered a million questions of which Yan and I had already gone through. He said he would call me Friday, gave me his number. He never mentioned he was leaving for vacation Friday and he left me hanging for a week. Cost me much money. You should be very thankful you have people like Yan. Caring, helpful and honest. Yan will be the only person I deal with there. I can't say enough good things about him. Keep him. More

We had a great experience at Liberty Buick! Chris worked hard for us as did Tim. We have a great car now and it was all because of our experience. No pressure, relaxed.
