Very easy process I went there to see a pre-owned Encore. To start with, I'd rather spend the day at the dentist than speaking with car salesmen, but i will say that they made this the easiest car purchase I've ever made. I worked with Nathan and told him straight from the start I wanted this to be for ext and quick. Not only was he very kind and helpful, he made things happen quickly and I was out of there in my new car within 90 min. Mike in finance was just as great and ended up hooking me up with a great warranty on top of a great deal on the vehicle. All in all, couldn't be happier and I will refer people to them and will go back for my next vehicle too. More
