Absolutely fantastic salesmen! It is rare I would even bother reviewing a salesmen of any kind let alone a car salesman but James is truly one of a kind. I brought my Escalade in to the service dept to have a few things fixed and diagnosed. When the called me with an outrageous quote of 800 to fix my usb charger, I told them not to fix it. When I went to pick it up they charged 690.00$ to fix the RUBBER WEATHER STRIPPING on ONE of my back doors and to diagnose that my USB phone charger needed replacement. 690.00 dollars!!!!!!!!! This is a dealership that operates with no integrity!! Take your business elsewhere! More
