The service was good because I like how my car is running again, but Scott needs to learn better customer service skills. I had to call him three time and finally had to ask to speak to a manager in order to again, but Scott needs to learn better customer service skills. I had a busy day and needed to coordinate my day according to when I was getting my carn so I wanted to get a status. Once he called he was full of excuses speaking over me when I asked for a status. I understand being under preasure, I work in a high stress environment, but the customers are number one priority. Without them a businesses fall. He needs to be taught that lesson. More
