Staff were nice and attentive. However had an 815 am appointment. Dropped car overnight. Staff never saw it until i called at 230 for status. We had a good experience. Only thing is wish we knew more about the differences between cx5 base model we bought vs carbon edition we have. For example, found out after when we went to go open the trunk that it wasn't a button on the car keys and when we went to go set seat settings like we do in carbon edition, weren't able to. Would've potentially gotten a better model to have these settings. More
