I am really impressed! I never liked the car buying experience because I was often involved in a back and forth negotiation which seemed shady, kept waiting for hours, and then once I was exhauster, ni experience because I was often involved in a back and forth negotiation which seemed shady, kept waiting for hours, and then once I was exhauster, nickeled and dimed to death. NONE OF THIS OCCURRED! I worked with Dan Rovelli. My whole experience was FANTASTIC. I can't say enough about it. Dan was down-to-earth, extremely knowledgeable, and had integrity. He didn't seem like the typical car dealer who was trying to get over on the customer. I was very happily surprised when the first quote I received was very competitive. Dave, the finance guy was great too - super quick and there were no additional sales solicitations or add-ons - no NICKEL and DIMING. It was also a relatively quick experience. I really am so happy and I'm definitely going to buy future cars at Liberty and I will tell my family and friends too. THANK YOU Dan, Dave and Liberty Subaru!!! My sales man Jeff W at Liberty went above and beyond the call of duty, whenl i n the middle of signing paperwork, I got a call that my son's car wouldn't start I couldn't help him as the only car availabl call of duty, whenl i n the middle of signing paperwork, I got a call that my son's car wouldn't start I couldn't help him as the only car available was the one I just purchased and had never driven it. Jeff took the keys, drove me to the location, jumped started the car and we came back to the dealership without missing a beat. Oh, and the new 2021 Forester is awesome. This is our family's third purchase from Liberty and have always been treated with respect and transparency. Repeat questions were answered with courtesy and not "eye rolling" Numbers were crunched to make sure I made the decision for me. More
