There was no silly non sense back and forth. I have dealt with Liberty in the past for my last car a Tucson- and I new I as a woman would be taken advantage of and I was correct in believing this. Alex told me my car would be in by September 16 and I drove off with my new car on September 15th. Alex was on vacation when I took delivery of my car. And left me in good hands with John Clarke. John was so good in explaining everything starting with the book going into the service department and going over the car. He even helped set my radio stations and blue tooth. The biggest difference with this dealership is a giveaway- there are always customers. The other dealers I went to were quiet and empty. I came here late on a Thursday night and there were still many people. I started my inquiry online and received a quick response from Jake. After that, he and another sales person Dan assisted me.
