Mike knew all about the car I was looking at, unlike my previous experience at a dealership, so he got points with me there. I wasn't planning on buying that day, but my experience was altogether so good that I ended up doing it. The trade-in price for the car I have been driving was fair and I was really happy with the exchange. I feel absolutely spoiled in my new Subaru and plan on hooking up plenty of bikes, kayaks, and other toys to it. Mike imported my phone contacts into the car the day I drove out with it, showed me all the apps, bells & whistles in the car's software, and showed me how to play music from my apple music account.
