David Finkel was the first to get in touch with me. He contacted me within seconds. I walked in within the hour and he showed me the car i wanted. He honored the true car price and he sent me over to Kevin Mark who was the finance guy. Kevin Mark turned out to be a total tool. He yelled at my insurance agent and said this was not supposed to be his job and he accused me of lieing. I told David i did not want to deal with him anymore and David said no problem. David was nothing but helpful and let me know what was happening every step of the way because we had time constaints. The car was a gift to my son. David Finkel even came in on his day off to make sure the transaction went smooth. I was impressed that David and the service guy Chris Armeli seemed to genually like the product they we selling. We've only heard good things about Liberty Subaru in Emerson, so it was a no brainer. We worked with Steve Klein and it was a no hassle buy (we also used TrueCar so the price was established ahead of time). They did a soft-sell for extras like the add-on extra insurance, but at no time did we feel pressured into buying anything we didn't want and everyone was super friendly. We picked up the car yesterday after it came in and Steve spent a good amount of time going through the basics about the car's operation and showed us how to get around the navigation system and other features unique to the car. It was very much appreciated and he also introduced us to the service department. In all, it was a very straight forward buying process and we would definitely recommend to anyone looking at a Subaru. More

I initially visited Liberty Subaru in 9/14 and met Clayton. Spoke with him about True Car, which I used, and about various auto options. Clayton introduced me to sales consultant David Finkle, a most pleasant young man. Dave took me on a short ride and I was sold on the car and the dealership, left leaving a downpayment to hold the car. Picked up my new car on Feb. 23, 2015. They actually held it for me for 2 weeks as I wasn't able to get in sooner. I met with David and Kevin. I was very pleasantly surprised that I felt absolutely no pressure to purchase any additional services other than the car. Both David and Kevin were totally professional and very easy to talk with and work with. Kevin fully explained the financial end and David the car.
