Never bugged us over the phone with check in calls (called once to offer his help if needed), always available to talk/meet/test a car, tried to find all possible combinations that can work for us with a very personal touch and was absolutely professional and kind. I can't say my experience with other sales reps has been even remotely close... Tom is absolutely one of his kind. We felt that he is giving us fatherly advice - not pushing something we're not sure about. It has been about eight months since, both myself and my wife have a new Forester 2015 and we are so happy with our decision!!! He managed to let us test drive the actual car we were most interested in buying (car was right off the truck, unprepared). Steve demonstrated all the features after the test drive, then again when we came in to pick-up the car. We had a professional experience with no preasure or games (greatly appreciated). Kevin Mark helped us thru the financial part of the transaction, and was friendly, yet direct - no time wasted, no hard sell of additional coverages we expressed we were not interested in. Our experience was very good....no wasted time or extra sales sales pressure - it was a professional demonstration of a fine product, followed by an informative review of post sales protective services and financing options.
