The dealership had a very friendly atmosphere. When I walked in, the salesman, Jeff Wangerin, was extremely friendly and immediately asked if he could help me with any information. He then spent a good walked in, the salesman, Jeff Wangerin, was extremely friendly and immediately asked if he could help me with any information. He then spent a good 20 minutes explaining the forester and the outback which were the 2 vehicles I was interested in. I told him I wanted the outback, 6 cylinder, and he immediately knew what was available and directed me towards one which was at a port but would be in the dealership within days, but 2 weeks at most I believed him and asked he give me a good price on the vehicle, which he did. I told him I would let him know my decision within hours and left the dealership. Approximately 1 hour later I called and asked him to give a me an additional few hundred dollars off the price quoted to me and I would purchase the vehicle. He advised he needed to speak with the manager, but would call me back right away, which he did, I then went back to the dealership and signed all the paper for the purchase. Within 2 weeks he called me to advise the vehicle was in and made an appointment for me to go and take delivery of the vehicle. After everything was signed he brought me to the vehicle and spent a lot of time introducing us to the various workings and operation of all the features. Jeff Wangerin, the salesman I dealt with is in my opinion a very sincere, and honest salesman who doesn't seem overbearing as many salesman are. My son who has a Subaru, and gets his service at liberty Subaru was very satisfied with the service dept and I as a purchaser am very satisfied with the sales dept. More
