Everyone was friendly and courteous. The wait was not unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Only problem I had was that my husband came with me for the service on my Cadillac and ended up buyi unreasonable and they even washed my car for me. Only problem I had was that my husband came with me for the service on my Cadillac and ended up buying a 1989 Corvette that was on the showroom floor. Lol. He's not allowed to come with on my next service visit. More

Everyone I encountered were friendly and or professional. I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile m I decided to travel to the dealership for an oil change in hopes to have a conversation about upcoming service recommendations for the 50,000 mile mark I would hit this summer and also get some quotes for some new tire options to do this summer also. It didn’t go as I had hoped it would as the interaction at check in seemed a bit rushed or scripted so I didn’t really get any service recommendations/quotes and I didn’t even bring up the tire quote at that point. But the service was quick and I got the things done that I originally asked for. On the way back home I noticed that I had a check engine light was on. I was too far away to turn around. Luckily I had recently purchased a code reader and got to try it out for the first time. I was able to reset the code and the engine light went away. It didn’t give me the greatest feeling of quality of work, but I know sometimes things happen. Overall, though, I felt like I could have just gotten this service done at an oil change shop in my hometown since I didn’t quite get all the info I had hoped to this trip. But everything checked out fine from the multi point inspection and they washed the car for me so it wasn’t a total loss. More

once again , Dan and his crew here knocked it out for us! I was looking for a car for my 17 year old. Nothing fancy... just a car. I searched all over thinking paying cash was the easier route. Every dealership from here to heaven is OVERPRICING GARBAGE . Aaron and Dan went above and beyond to get my son a car that was in excellent condition, and worth the price they were asking. He’s in a great car, that’s 100% reliable and nice and with theirs standard of cars they sell I have confidence putting my son in the vehicle. Dan always goes out of his way to accommodate us, with my car he did the same thing. I’m happy that he called back and got us the car we originally thought we couldn’t get. Because having to go somewhere else was torture! Dan is great at what he does, he will always be the guy to sell us our cars. In a year... we gotta get an additional one for my daughter and he knows we will come back! Thank you , dan. You always go out of your way, even when you had real life going on...
