Best Customer Service Ever! We came to Lima Auto Mall because of a familiar face, Josh Gaines. He’s not only a friend but he also is great at his trade. He maintains professionalism yet makes us feel so comfortable and at ease. He is always able to answer any and all questions. We leave feeling more versed in whatever vehicle we showed interest in. His staff/ co- workers were nothing short of the same. All the way up until the end of of our purchase- Aaron was personable and knowledgeable in all he went over with us about. The biggest and best part of the entire experience was dealing with Dan. He took time to show us every detail about our new Traverse. Before the actual purchase, he answered all of our questions and ended up going more than the extra mile to find us the vehicle we wanted. He went above and beyond throughout this whole experience and never left a stone unturned. Dan & Josh both will remain high on our list, when it comes to excellent sales and customer service.
