Hands down best experience I’m not into short reviews or super vague ones either With that being said.... Amanda called me and said hey! give us your car! I said ... hmmm. I was greeted by not 1, not 2 but 3 people upon entering. I had small talk conversations with them. They tried to get me a guy named ryan.... but I got the pleasure of being stuck with Dan instead Ladies... if you want a saleman to treat you like a person, like a human, like the human going to make the decision to buy this vehicle... even though he knew I had to answer to another buying power... Get in to Lima auto mall and ask for Dan. He was hands down the best at his job. He greeted me kindly and within about 5 minutes he sensed my sarcasm and thru it back as politely as he could. He still let me run the show and my mouth ! He took me on test drive after test drive and told me all about his family and kids and wife and asked about mine. In 1 hr of test drives and sitting at his desk , I knew a lot about this guy. He offered me water about 5 times, apologized if his fiance guy was taking too long, which literally was like 10 minutes. He spent so much time making sure I was taken care of. He never promised me anything and he made sure I knew what I was getting into with each car I looked at. he was patient, he was thorough he was professional. Fellas, if your wife wants to go buy a vehicle.... this guy is the guy you want her to see! After my purchase he sat in the car for 10 minutes and showed me all the things it does , that honestly I would have never even had a clue! That’s the service I have never ever gotten anywhere else. No one has ever sat in my car and told me what all the buttons do. Aaron , is a machine. I’ve bought many cars.... I’ve sat for long long periods of time waiting on “the wizard” to come out behind his curtain to FINALLY tell me what he can do with a saleman wreaking of a cigarette and cheap colagne wondering back and forth leaving me alone for what seems like eternity, checking back on me to say “he’s working on it” .... HOURS!! Aaron.... minutes He wasted none of my day He was super super honest And when he took about 10 minutes respecting my wishes and not hitting my credit with 40 inquiries.... he went straight to GM and said ... hey... this lady needs a brand new car his excitement after literally 10 minutes of being on the phone , coming back to point at the car SITTING IN THE SHOWROOM that i had admired and opened the door, the Brand new car! He was so happy to tell me this could be my car if I wanted it. I wanted it! They put me in a car flawlessly, quickly and without any problems at all! They got me what I needed and what I wanted , 32 miles highway! And respected my budget as well . Best part.. I asked for 500$ more dollars for my trade and he gave me 1500$ more! Seriously... I know I can’t speak for everyone , but if you are in the market... and maybe you aren’t... maybe you are bored and it’s time to go switch things up! Go here See Dan Say hi Sally at the front desk and the let Aaron do his thing! You will not be disappointed!!! Thank you to all the staff helped me drive off with the showroom vehicle!
