Buying the wife a car I called the salesman (Steve Morrison) on my way to an appointment and explained that I was interested in getting a car for my wife that was on the lo I called the salesman (Steve Morrison) on my way to an appointment and explained that I was interested in getting a car for my wife that was on the lot and had asked if he would be available in an hour or so. Upon my arrival to the Dealership I was greeted by name as soon as I walked thru the door. Steve had the vehicle ready for a test drive and answered all of my questions about the car that I was interested in. I explained that I wanted it for my wife and that we would be back in around 6pm to finalize the deal. Steve not only went out of his way to make the deal happen, he spent a great deal of time showing my wife the car's functions and to familiarize her with all the bells and gadgets. She is in love with her new car and Steve is responsible for that smile and I can not thank him enough for going out of his way to make this happen. Great team of people at The Lima Auto Mall.. More

We informed Steve that we were looking to buy a 2019 Cadillac XTS. We discussed with him the color and the options that we wanted. He attempted to locate a car matching what we wanted but was unable to locate one in the area. We wound up ordering one from the factory. We took possession of the car 11/30.
