I have not purchased a vehicle for 20 years, but have been looking for about three years now and knew exactly what I wanted. When it popped up on my phone that there was one her at a local dealership, I been looking for about three years now and knew exactly what I wanted. When it popped up on my phone that there was one her at a local dealership, I was thrilled, so I made sure to be there when they opened they next morning. My overall experience with Dan Cherkas and the Lima Auto Mall was a wonderful one! I was greeted by management as well as Dan and others that were there. From the moment I arrived, they welcomed me right in, gave me my morning coffee and treated me like I was their only customer. The vehicle was everything that the posting showed and more. Dan answered all of my questions and ones that I didn't even think to ask. The car had arrived literally right before closing the night before and I was there before they opened the next morning, so he had not even seen it yet, so he was very honest about telling me that if there were any features he was not familiar with (because this vehicle has so much) he would get me the answers I needed. Dan was wonderful to work with, so personable and no pressure whatsoever. The customer service from Dan and everyone I worked with that day was top notch! Throughout the week, as the car was being prepared and coated, Dan was vigilant about sending me daily updates. When I picked up my car, it was immaculate inside and out. The dealership is welcoming and has many amenities to make you feel quite at home. What a wonderful experience and one I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I drove 50 miles to check out a very nice truck at Lima Auto Mall. Greeted promptly at the door by Dan Cherkas. Truck was immaculately clean. Took test drive. Dan was very helpful. Crunched the nu Auto Mall. Greeted promptly at the door by Dan Cherkas. Truck was immaculately clean. Took test drive. Dan was very helpful. Crunched the numbers and started the paperwork. While the finance dept. was getting the paperwork done, Dan put the temp tags on, explained everything to me in the truck, programmed my cell # so I have hands free calling. He even tuned in Sirius XM to some Neil Young! He then called my insurance agent and transferred my coverage! Signed finance papers and I was out the door. My 50 mile drive back home was pleasant! I did a lot of shopping near and far and was pleased to find Lima Auto Mall to be the best overall dealer that I visited. My sales specialist, Chris Kiefer, did an excellent job and the rest of the team go find Lima Auto Mall to be the best overall dealer that I visited.
