Monica was great at keeping me updated on the progress of my repair. Chris kept me in the loop for all the technical issues that the Chris was having and how they were addressing them. I got two other bids my repair. Chris kept me in the loop for all the technical issues that the Chris was having and how they were addressing them. I got two other bids after I received the Dealer's quote and both were sinusitis m significantly higher, one was 2.5 X the Lithia's quote!!! I had to deal with all interactions remotely as I live and work outside of the area. Great communication and outstanding service! Highly recommend!!! More
