Our service went fine. No shoe scuff marks on the rocker or door panel. No oily handprints inside or out. No spilled/dripped oil on the engine cover. This is the second service with Lithia that went well. There was a slight scheduling problem that Jared Phearson and Bob Pearce took care of right away. We could go to a dealership that is closer, but as long as we and the Jeep are treated the way we are, Lithia Reno is our preferred dealership! More
