Been a reno lithia jeep customer for ever. Service writer Charlie Sebastian been with me for years. I recently had a Mopar battery that only lasted 2 yrs, thankfully it was still under the warranty. Charl Charlie Sebastian been with me for years. I recently had a Mopar battery that only lasted 2 yrs, thankfully it was still under the warranty. Charlie had me on my way with a new battery covered under warranty in 2 hours even though I didn't have a scheduled appt that day. Thanks to Charlie and LIthia's service manager. More

They kind of stuck me oil service for life and protection sealant for interior and exterior. Watch out for wheeler dealer Tony - he is a top notch salesman. Service wasn’t great at first service. They rotated the tires at my expense but forgot to adjust the tire pressure so warning light came on. More
