This is my first time from buying a vehicle from this dealership and it was an AWESOME experience. My sales person was Sean Donlevy and he was EXCELLENT to work with. I live in the Nashville, TN area s dealership and it was an AWESOME experience. My sales person was Sean Donlevy and he was EXCELLENT to work with. I live in the Nashville, TN area so I was asking a ton of questions about the vehicle that I was interested and he answered ALL of my questions about the vehicle. Sean really knows his stuff and truly does not pressure you to buy anything. He truly treats you right, He is just "Good People". So, I flew out there and ABSOLUTELY loved the vehicle. I loved it so much I drove it home the next day. 30 Road hours later I had it parked in my garage. I know sometimes you worry about getting a used vehicle, but if you buy a vehicle from Lithia Chrysler Jeep of Reno, you are TRULY getting a great vehicle. Also, Brian Bowley my finance guy was great to work with as well. They are a no pressure kind of dealership. Brian is just "Good People" as well. I had no problems flying/driving across the country to this dealership and if/when I am in the market again. I would do all over again because it was SO worth it. Ruben was wonderful my husband and I came in pretty late towards the end of the day. He didn't make us feel like we were keeping him going home.
