I thought I had completrd the on line appointment, and hadnt. When we got to the service department Bob helped us, he was patient and did everythinv he could to make sure we were happy, we could have left hadnt. We only waited about an hour! Thank you to Bob, we live in Cold Springs, so you saved us from another trip into town and the frustration of traffic!
