Used to love this dealership, however the last couple times I've come in i was treated poorly. First time was told I'd have to pay a couple hundred dollars to look at my transmission that is still cover times I've come in i was treated poorly. First time was told I'd have to pay a couple hundred dollars to look at my transmission that is still covered under factory warranty. The gentleman was rude and condescending. The second time check in was great, however when I went to pick up my vehicle the service guy didn't want to hear my questions and told me he had other people waiting and he will get someone else to help me. xxx, this is your job!!!
