Mike was fantastic, highly knowledgeable, and solution focused. Mike got me in the same day I spoke with him about my issue, and while he though it may take a few days to diagnose and solve the issue with focused. There Quick Lane operation is pretty good, I went there on Saturday at about 0640, just to be early like everything I do. They opened at 7 and my car was ready in about a half an hour. That's an inspection, top off fluid and oil change. I only give it a 4 star because of the price. I know that's the normal these days, but I don't need to happy about that, since my pay hasn't increased. More
