I made an appointment online for a standard service only to walk into the dealership and see signs posted everywhere that ALL appointments are just for drop off. They will get to you when they can. Christen, Brad. I had a wrench on the dashboard. I also asked for the tires and heat to be checked. I was left a message that my car was ready. The invoice I was given didn't show the tires or the heat! I auto started the vehicle wait for it to warm up
