I made an appt for service on my 2008 Hyundai Tuscon, oil change, tire change, drivers window motor replacement, and rear wiper motor change. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts to do this and I change, tire change, drivers window motor replacement, and rear wiper motor change. I called ahead to make sure they had the parts to do this and I wouldn't have to come back later. They assured me that they did. I dropped the car off for service at 7 in the morning and they called an uber for me to go to work. I never heard back about the repair and started calling to see if it was done at 1:30pm. I called and could only get the phone calling center, no one in service was answering nor responding to messages. After an hour and a half of waiting I tried again, couldn't get anyone. I called the parts guy, got him, and begged him to take a message over. I kept calling and the call center people sent three escalations. I tried messaging on the website. When it was time for me to leave work I couldn't get a hold of anyone to get them to send an uber to bring me back. So, I got my own uber. I learned they had written my phone number down wrong and so I never got a call or any messages. They did the oil change but couldn't do the tires because they were too worn. They couldn't do the window or the wiper because the parts were discontinued and they did not have them. I tried to call the Manager Brent to tell him about my experience but as of so far, he does not return phone calls. This happened 4/24/26 and it is now 4/29/26. This would all have been great to know when I first made the appointment or when I called to see if the parts were there. The email they had for me was correct, I wish they had tried to contact me in any way or that they had returned my calls or answered the phone. Very unsatisfying experience. More

It was pleasant and quick turn around with getting my car back. I do wish they would have put a reminder sticker in the windshield for next oil change.
