Can't get anyone to call me back in almost 30 days and several calls. Dana is supposed to be our service advisor, I've never spoken with her despite several attempts on my part to get her to call me back. several calls. I received one text from her stating my car was ready to be picked up. This ended up not being true as the parasitic battery draw occurred again within 24 hours of them installing the new battery. She never even texted me back to explain what had happened and that it actually wasn't ready. I still do not have my brand new car back, and it has been sitting in your service department dead with no activity happening that we can tell from the remote tracking. I am severely severally dissatisfied, disappointed and extremely frustrated. More
