The dude at the counter went to the bathroom for over 30 minutes. I waited with my 4 year old and then had to have him paged. So waited for another 20 minutes for him to give me my keys and to get out of there. I would use another Hyundai if I could because that dude was all about excuses as to why he couldn’t get me in and out. I was the only one in the waiting area both times. More

The price of the car at the dealership was listed for a specific amount online (this exact car and dealership). Caden used this amount for our numbers to finance and afterwards had to come back to us saying there was a clerical error online and the amount online was incorrect and increased it by another $1500. I am someone who manages multiple businesses and if this was a clerical error from management, they could have come and personally discussed the error instead of making it Cadens problem to deal with. More
