There seems to be a communication issue between the service center & the parts department. I made the initial appointment for recall work 2+ weeks out, but the work couldn't be completed due to no part service center & the parts department. I made the initial appointment for recall work 2+ weeks out, but the work couldn't be completed due to no parts. I waited a couple weeks to hear from someone that the parts were in, but no one called. So I called to find out where things stood. After a few back & forth I found out the parts had come in the next day... no one called me... & there hadn't been communication between the 2 departments. Christian was excellent about keeping me up to date on progress. The overall work was good. More

I considered myself as a family of Hyundai because I bought my retirement car which I’m 100 percent satisfied on my car that I chose since 2013 Santafe and they always take care my car on any simple pro bought my retirement car which I’m 100 percent satisfied on my car that I chose since 2013 Santafe and they always take care my car on any simple problem might have, on oil change, ordering parts , updated me on upcoming issues to make sure my car is good condition always and important thing the stuff are very supportive especially Brandon! The clerk was very courteous and communicated at all points of the appointment. And even came out to my car to help me with the settings on my dashboard. I have used this location for years. I brought my vehicle here a week ago, they said my front brakes and rotators needed service. I approved and paid for the work to be done. 1 week late I brought my vehicle here a week ago, they said my front brakes and rotators needed service. I approved and paid for the work to be done. 1 week latee, my front brakes are squealing like a pig. I called to let them know and I was told “we are busy and backed up.” We cannot fit you in until the 17th.” I expressed with frustration that my vehicle was never making this noise and explained that I should not have to wait until the 17th. August said he would transfer me to an advisor. I got transferred to the automated system and I pressed 3 for an advisor and he picked up again. I told him that i was transferred to the automated system. He cut me off saying he did transfer me and no one answered. I asked for a manager and he refused, telling me I need to speak to the advisor then they would recommend a manager , until then I would need to speak to an advisor. He then promised I would get a call back, but they are busy so he cannot guarantee when the advisor can call. This is the absolute worst service I’ve ever experienced here. More
