I have been impressed with the courtesy and professionalism I have experienced as I have dealt with the courtesy advisor Kevins Mercedes when I have taken my palisade in for service. He has be professionalism I have experienced as I have dealt with the courtesy advisor Kevins Mercedes when I have taken my palisade in for service. He has been a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately, they were not able to fix the problem with the rear hatch since they needed to order parts but hopefully we will get that resolved in a few days. The other issue we are having is with the auto/start/stop (ISG) is never activated. It is supposed to default to be on, but our system does not activate at all. We have been told it only activates under certain conditions; however, we are convinced there is more to our problem than meeting the correct conditions since our system never auto stops/starts. I hope we can address this issue further when we return for the hatch fix and find a better resolution. More
