Holly was great to work with. Buying a car out of state (live in Ca.) not so good. Had to have it Smogged. Still waiting on paper work from them so I can register it in Ca. I live 5 hours from Reno - my issue was with the rear license plate on a new, 2022 Tucson. Screws supplied not right size. I wrapped them in tape to get them to hold. Next time I am in Reno I will come license plate on a new, 2022 Tucson. Screws supplied not right size. I wrapped them in tape to get them to hold. Lithia Hyundai did a lot of things right. My only complaint is that it took too long. I had to schedule an appointment that was at least a couple of weeks out. Then, the part almost didn't come in t complaint is that it took too long. I had to schedule an appointment that was at least a couple of weeks out. Then, the part almost didn't come in time. Then, they had to keep my vehicle overnight to complete the service that was only supposed to take a few hours. They did give me a loaner car, so that was nice. However, then it took until after 1:00 to get my car back the following day when I told them I needed it by 11:00. They are either too busy or didn't prioritize my vehicle in the cue. More
