I don't have a car,my credit is shot and I'm on disability. But Bran Ogg and Holly Jensen went above and beyond to find a car that fits my needs,is in my budget and I like alot. Holly even came and picked me up from the airport! Now that's customer service. At the dealership, the paperwork was explained to me in detail so I understood what I was signing, which I believe builds a trust. I was out of the dealership drive my new car in no time. One more thing, everyone at that dealership even if they were just walking by would say hi Orr ask if I needed anything. Genuine Experience I was extremely hesitant to go through the car buying process due to past negative experiences, a bad credit score, and a recent relocated/ new job. I wanted a Hyundai Tucson in black I first inquired through Hyundai online- this is how I met Jonathan Mosbacher, the product specialist. I am not the easiest person to deal with, but Jonathan was personable and went above and beyond from the moment I met him to after the deal went through. Once I came into the dealership, mainly because I wanted to claim my $50 free gift card for a test drive and to be honest, I did not feel confident about being able to secure a loan on an SUV. I stopped in without notifying Jonathan... Elpidio (Pete) Montalvo the Internet Sales Manager quickly assisted me until Jonathan arrived. Long story short. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson with 40,000 miles, five-year full warranty and or 60,000 miles from Hyundai of Reno. Pete was able to take my trade in which was a 06 Scion TC with extremely high mileage for 1,100 that lowered my monthly car payment, and I put 2,000 down. Pete and Jonathan were very professional and knowledgeable and assured me through the entire process. I felt secure and in charge of this process. I did not feel pressured or felt that I was getting taken advantage of. 2019 Hyundai Tucson I went in originally looking to see what suv I’d be comfortable in when exchanging my Nissan Sentra. First person to come up to me was Hannah Choquett I went in originally looking to see what suv I’d be comfortable in when exchanging my Nissan Sentra. First person to come up to me was Hannah Choquette, she warmly asked who I was there to see. When the original person wasn’t available she started to talk things through with me. Big thing for me is Hannah took me on a longer test drive that allowed me to see how the vehicle performed on the freeway but also in residential. The typical test drive I get is get on at this exit then get off. Plus the whole time we talked about our kids and she made me feel welcomed. That’s why I ended up getting the vehicle from Lithia. Any issues I had I was able to reach out and she went above and beyond even putting her car seat in my vehicle so I could see how it fit cause I was looking for a new one. When I came back I got to work with Joe a little more. He helped get things out together and get me in the car as fast as possible once paperwork was completed. If you need a vehicle I recommend going and seeing Hannah and Joe More
