Unfortunately, we've experienced extended shipping delays on some factory-ordered Hyundai vehicles that have pushed delivery dates back much longer than anyone anticipated. We understand how frustrating it is to be excited about a new vehicle only to have the expected arrival date continue to move. We also understand your comments regarding communication. Even when we don't have new information from the manufacturer, we should do a better job of keeping our customers informed throughout the process. Your feedback is fair, and we'll use it to improve.
