My feelings (and why do i need 25 words as the title of review? I am disappointed in myself and the trade in amt on the 2013 elantra as I did not question the amt they offered. at the time.($6k seems low) Seeing w I am disappointed in myself and the trade in amt on the 2013 elantra as I did not question the amt they offered. at the time.($6k seems low) Seeing what dealers and others are listing 2013 elantras, I believe I was shortchanged $1 to 1.5k. (also I don't believe it was looked at before assigning a trade in amt. The lowest price I saw dealers listing was $8.9 k. (not sure, but I believe this is the amt Lithia has listed this elantra for. Not sure if the incentives included military discount, Anyway, this is my feelings, and will probably not use this dealer or Hyunai products unless necessaryl. Worked mostly with Danielle Doane who is quite knowledgeable and an assete to this company. More

GOOD FOLKS I recently purchased a new Accent, the sales staff were VERY PLEASANT to work with. I came from the Sacramento Ca. area due to the stellar deal. We n I recently purchased a new Accent, the sales staff were VERY PLEASANT to work with. I came from the Sacramento Ca. area due to the stellar deal. We negotiated on the telephone and they went out of there way to ensure that when I got to the dealership they keep with what they promised. I had to bring a trailer to take the new car home (two cars one driver) Pete even assisted with loading and getting it secured. I would give Danielle and Pete ten stars if I could. Thanks Phil More

Honest, helpful, and friendly people work there. I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) a I couldn't find an AWD Ruby Wine red Tucson Ltd where I live in Calif (apparently only 2% of the cars they receive from Corporate in Calif. are AWD) and so called Reno, NV to see if they have a red one. They didnt. I was going to settle for a white one that was coming in to my local dealer, when Sales Mgr Steve from Reno called and said he was getting a red AWD shipped in from Oregon; He sent a copy of the window sticker, and it was the EXACT car I was looking for! Even had most the added accessories I wanted, such as a trailer hitch. Then he price matched my local dealer, also making sure I got every rebate and incentive I qualified for. We did this all by text and emails. Car came in a few days later than he hoped, but otherwise it all went well. The Lithia Hyundai Reno dealership is across the highway from the main airport, making a flight or one-way rental car an easy way to get there for out-of-state purchasers. Chris, in Finance, carefully explained what I had to do to register the car in California (I need to Calif. smog test a brand new 50 State certified car??!) and gave me a 15 day temporary Nevada registration so I could drive it the 260 miles home. Salesman Ali explained all the many buttons and features, 'paired' my cell phone, and signed me up for all Hyundai's online programs that tie in with the car's many features. I was playing with the Nav, XM Radio, sunroof, etc. all the way home on Hwy 80. The car got over 31mpg at 70mph, which is higher than it is rated. I love my new car! More

I was also able to meet with Bill, Matt, and Lance in service which was also very helpful and they made my first service appointment. I have to admit I have purchased several autos from this dealership and I keep coming back because of the staff and also because of the product and what it delivers. I cannot say enough about the people at this dealership, again, they made me feel like I was part of the family. More
