Dropped my car off for over 24 hours for a loud noise coming from the rear passenger wheel area when going over bumps. They told me my tire pressure was significantly low, they weren't able to tell me wh coming from the rear passenger wheel area when going over bumps. Worst service ever, sat at the dealer ship for over 4 hrs while my car was done being serviced. Lance went home didn't bother to give our info to anyone else in the service department, when I asked about my while my car was done being serviced. This is a great dealership. I’ve only gone for oil changes because Hyundais don’t break down and you can keep them forever (I’m going on 16 years with mine). But for service, they get you in and out quickly and have never told me I had something wrong when I didn’t (Subaru dealership told me there was something wrong with every oil change, so this is huge). The advisors are very friendly and knowledgeable. I love this dealership. More

I bought a used car from Lithia and within a week I had electrical issues with it. I talked to the sales person and he said it would be under warranty. When i brought it to the service department they said electrical issues with it. I talked to the sales person and he said it would be under warranty. When i brought it to the service department they said it was a 3K repair and I had to pay for it because it was not under warranty. They had my car for weeks and i got the run around the whole time. I will never bring my vehicle to Lithia again and neither will anyone i know. We would all drive to Carson City just not to deal with Lithia More
