Took so time to get the dealership to agree to fixing an existing issue the car was sold to me with, but eventually the issue was resolved correctly from what I can tell. A few of the panels in the trunk were not reinstalled correctly and there is a scratch now in the leather on the driver seat. More

Car transmission died and needed replacing. Fortunately it was still on warranty and I had purchased the extended warranty. Lance got it done on time and under chrono virus conditions. All good except for one thing Appt was fine, with one exception. When oil change was completed, Lance was at lunch so another employee helped with my check out. He said there was some leak, but he didn't the details so Lance would call me back to explain the problem. Lance has not called back. I have left a voicemail, which has not been returned. I also sent him a text, and he did not reply. Paperwork said this leak required immediate attention, so it is especially important for me get some information about the problem. More
