Car went in for scheduled service- oil change and tire rotation, 2 hours later was released back to me. Tires were never rotated. Had to do it myself. I enjoy their Service Department. Upon purchase, the sales rep's behavior was very unsatisfactory. Unprofessional, and only concerned with her next sale.
