This place goes above and beyond to get you to buy things, but then doesn't honor the terms of what you buy. My experience highlights a severe lack of accountability from both frontline staff and management. When attempting to check on routine service updates, I was subjected to disrespectful, aggressive behavior from staff member Deborah McCoy, who openly yelled across the service area. Rather than addressing the unacceptable conduct, local management minimized the hostility and attempted to push me out simply because I pushed back against their unprofessionalism. To make matters worse, management has illegally voided my lifetime oil change agreement through a cascading pattern of fabricated verbal policy changes and shifting pretexts regarding vehicle status. When caught in these falsehoods, leadership doubled down rather than acting in good faith. Local management completely fails to hold their staff accountable, turning minor interactions into major disputes. Protect your peace and take your business elsewhere. More
