Jim Eddy was a great sales person.He took time to answer questions and help us set up all the features the new Highlander had to offer. No pressure and a friendly personality. My experience was perfect, except when I picked up my car there was a new ding in the front portion of the hood. It totally ticked me off. Toyota must fix that.
