Service personnel have been on the rude end of the spectrum the last few times. As soon as we decided to check prices for a specific type of service the service rep became a bit annoyed. When we showe spectrum the last few times. As soon as we decided to check prices for a specific type of service the service rep became a bit annoyed. When we showed up for our appointment, we saw that the service rep wrote “bad idea” on our quote. When we arrived to pick it up. The car was left dirty. This didn’t surprise me as they no longer wash your car (which is sad) but they used to give car wash vouchers (which is nice but not the same). In my opinion, the service has went down hill at Lithia in recent years. We bought the car new here in 2018. We’ll probably head West for our next purchase. More

I sincerely appreciate that I am no longer pressured to piay for small services I don’t really have to have. I am still upset that a few years back I told the service department I didn’t want new windshie piay for small services I don’t really have to have. I am still upset that a few years back I told the service department I didn’t want new windshield wipers but they put them on anyway and I had to pay for them. I am pleased that kind of service has stopped. More

Phil and Tyler were great! Had my GTI's sunroof bezel crack, and then after it was fixed the whole bezel flew off! Phil was quick to get me back in to get the problem fixed and Tyler was very professiona crack, and then after it was fixed the whole bezel flew off!
