I brought in a trade-in and said I wanted about $13k for it. After talking with the manager, Alex told me they would do $8k because KBB is inflated so I couldn’t base off that. Told me I had to put more money down to get the car I really wanted. Would not compromise at all. It’s on the site today for $15k with a KBB chart saying that’s a good price . Tried to sell me a different car and continued to lie about what features I would be missing out on compared to the car I wanted. It really is shady business and I will not return. More

Had my daughter’s VW Beetle in for a safety bag recall and ran into an old friend, Brian Braack! He introduced himself to my daughter and gave her his card.
