He even got the Lithia body shop to come out to look at two items o that was to be done, and communicated everything well through the entire process. No. To Friendly I brought my car in Monday VW said my appointment was at 8 PM at 8:15 finally took my car,I sat and waited finally at about 9 am this guy came and sai I brought my car in Monday VW said my appointment was at 8 PM at 8:15 finally took my car,I sat and waited finally at about 9 am this guy came and said they have to put a tester I guess,which I know does take long (because my son has one) cost me $125.00 (crazy) about 10 am he came and told me what was wrong and it would cost me $560.00 (crazy) I said no I’d trade it in the guy said want me to get you a sales person,I said no in my mind I will go t Toyota they are much friendly over their, I had my son fix it cost $160.00 lot of difference! I love German. but don’t like the rip off to pay for a new building and hate unfriendly people. I went to severely Toyota dealers the last few days everyone greeted me lot talked to me and joked and they loved my dog. $560.00 -160.00 _______ $400.00. SAVED More

Factory Recall Maintenance Process was fine, and dealership was clean. I needed and reserved a shuttle for my appointment (expected to last 4hrs). Justine was so nice to work with. I let someone borrow my vehicle and I didn't want to miss out on a deal. She picked me up at work and drove me to the car lot. She made everything so simple! Finance got me out of there in with a lower payment that I expected. I had questions after the sale the next day and she was easy to get ahold of and answered all of my questions.
