Deception, lies and unprofessional practices. I contacted the dealer thru the chat link because I am deaf. Inquired about the availibility of a car.mwas put on hold, a few minutes later I was told I contacted the dealer thru the chat link because I am deaf. Inquired about the availibility of a car.mwas put on hold, a few minutes later I was told the car is available. I asked to be contacted by email, operator said that she will relay my message to sales. I set up an appointment, I provided my email address and asked the operator to let me know if the car is sold before I get there because I am coming from faraway. Upon my arrival, three hours trip in Chicago rush hour, I was informed that the car was SOLD!! At the dealership the manager stated that the operators should refer to him with customers inquiry, I was put on hold while the operator checked on the availibility. It seems that the dealer's policy is to respond to every inquiry by "car is available", have the customer endure the hardship of making the trip without caring about his/her time, energy and stress. Deceiving practices, liars and absolutely unprofissionals. Avoid dealing with this "fish market" level of business, It you care about your own self. More

Kathy was nervous about the vehicle because of all the electronics. Anthony's knowledge of the vehicle and allowing Kathy to experience the car, test drive, and while parked allowed Kathy to become comfortable with the electronics, buttons and bells and whistles. Kathy is one that gets nervous and anxious on anything that's technical. Anthony's professionalism helped make the purchase of the vehicle and now she's driving in style. More

Dealer service caused $6000 damage when replacing alternator Rating should be lower than this. They required $125 diagnosis to tell them what I told them -- the battery and alternator were shot. They attempted to remove old alternator and broke the timing belt cover. Told us "sorry, it happens, its an old car" ... that will cost over $6000 for us to fix what they broke. We said no and are exploring other options. Clearly no integrity or honesty. Wish I had an opportunity to check out all the reviews before going there but circumstances gave us no choice. If you are able to, choose differently. More
