They do an okay job- most of the service center reps are very nice and have good customer service. The actual service is lacking usually. I've had to take my car to other shops to have minor issues fixed si very nice and have good customer service. The actual service is lacking usually. We had the best experience at Lokey. They were very good at listening to exactly what we wanted and we never felt any pressure at all. Bought CPO told there was a full size spare wasn't one paid $500after sale to get kit ....fog light inoperable was told I needed a new one. Next visit other one wasn't working ... another trusted mechanic paid $500after sale to get kit ....fog light inoperable was told I needed a new one. Next visit other one wasn't working ... another trusted mechanic found that both had been unplugged... took over 6 weeks to have my new short block fixed on the engine recall... last visit was the oil change and they were courteous and accommodating but I don't have full trust in all recommendations More
