Took my Murano in for a routine oil change for which I had an appointment. After 2 hours my "advisor" contacted me and said my car needed almost $300 of work. When I questioned that (because I bought my c had an appointment. After 2 hours my "advisor" contacted me and said my car needed almost $300 of work. When I questioned that (because I bought my car as a certified pre-owned vehicle and the work they suggested were things that would have been addressed before it was certified) the advisor left, stating he would check with the mechanic. He came back and said "oops, the paperwork got mixed up"...it was another vehicle that needed the work. In the meantime, my oil had not yet been changed. It was done quickly at that point but I drove out of there about 3 hours after my appointment for a simple oil change. More

On 08/29/2022, Although I told this dealer ship I don’t ready to buy a Toyota Sienna with 99000 miles on this vehicle , LoKey Nissan without my permission went ahead and ran my credit with over 10 credit c ready to buy a Toyota Sienna with 99000 miles on this vehicle , LoKey Nissan without my permission went ahead and ran my credit with over 10 credit companies only to find out that I was denied credit affordability to pay for this used Toyota Sienna with 99,000 miles. Plus they did all papers works without showing me that vehicle 15 minutes before closing time or 8:00pm on 08/29/2022. This dealership tried to force me into a purchase deal that I did not approve of . The proposed payment of $250.00 went from $250.00 to $415.00 and the proposed price of $16,000.00 went from 29,000.00 to $21,000.00 inclusive with 2 vehicles traded in the amount for $9000.00. Looking back LoKey Nissan tried to bullying me into a sale that I never wanted all because my 2005 Honda Odyssey’s battery went dead on the 08/29/2022 for an oil change. More
