The used car I had just bought from Mike in Acquisitions had sluggish brakes upon my drive home. Service didn’t need to replace them but they replaced the back brakes (rotors and pads) free of charge. Lokey had sluggish brakes upon my drive home. I came in complaining about the air not working properly. Would go high then low. Them high then low as we were driving.. When i came back for car they said nothing was wrong with it.. I think I’m waiting on a part? It’s been serveral weeks now. I’ve only heard crickets so far. Apparently I will have to initiate a conversation. I would appreciate an update. It all started when my air conditioning went out. Got replaced but the center console was damaged during the air conditioning repair. Service said it wasn’t them. But come on ! I drove off the lot and tried to listen to the radio and it just was spinning. Like a slot machine. Coincidence? I don’t think so. Can you just get my car fixed and not break something else??!! More

Angelo was the best sales person ever. We found the car I wanted, he delivered it to me 100 miles away, there was a small scratch, he came back brought me a rental and took the truck back We found the car I wanted, he delivered it to me 100 miles away, there was a small scratch, he came back brought me a rental and took the truck back to be fixed and then again drove it back to me again another 100 miles. He filled up the tank both trips. He really went above and beyond for me. You dont find service like that anymore. I was so impressed with him.
