Morgan seemed alright but then I had to deal with Tim and Ryan. Ryan would not explain any of the amounts on the financing to us except to say that was the price of the car. We asked several times and never got a real answer. After I called and spoke to Tim to try to understand what all thee charges were and he just made up numbers on the spot and changed them mid conversation. He also blatantly lied about one of the fees saying it was adjusted due to the change in price on the vehicle but after reading from the dealerships website that was a flat rate and he just made up another higher number to say he was giving us a discount. Tim also became rude and pushy once we finally had the car actually there. It was changed several time throughout the process and when it was finally available we wanted a bit more time which he refused trying to pressure us into buying the car and when I said we wanted a day to think about it he exclaimed that we had already had Weeks. The process had been going for about 3 weeks but that car was only available 1 day prior to that conversation. Suffice it to say we decided not to purchase the vehicle and he likely cost Morgan a sale at that point. I would never attempt to buy a vehicle from Lokey as long as he is there and I will actively warn anyone in the market that I know to avoid the hassle of this dealership. More
