Normally service is great, last time I was in it was mediocre at best. Lokey is slipping in service lately and it’s sad. They skipped to do any inspections. Hopefully they actually changed to oil. They do false advertisement to lure the customers. And during the negotiations they use rude words. Not professional at all. They are ridiculously taking the advantage of chip shortage.
