I am shocked to see the great reviews this place has been given because they are nothing like any of the several experiences we have had with the I am shocked to see the great reviews this place has been given because they are nothing like any of the several experiences we have had with them. My husband and I leased from this company for almost 6 years. We just had our 3rd and last transaction with them. Most of this is our fault because we tend to just let things go and act like it's not a big deal just because we don't want to deal with it anymore. Why? Because we had the car and we were already there for 8 hours straight. We were hungry and tired and just didn't want to go back for another round, so we let it go. Every time, we went back, thinking maybe it would be a better experience this time. NOPE. Yes, we kept going back, expecting different results! We should have just switched companies, but we tried again and again. How stupid! This last time, we were overcharged, conned and ignored. We were told that the problems with the car would be taken care of because they were sending the car in the back to be detailed. There's still a ding and scratch on the passenger side, the leather in the back seat wasn't fixed, and the spare tire that was promised wasn't in there. We were offered a 2 1/2 year or 20k miles warranty for $2500.00 and were told that there was no warranty left at all by Mr. Jones! Come to find out, the transmission and motor warranty were still good for another 20k miles. We went to get our warranty from Jeep whom offered the same coverage, but for 2 years or 30k miles for only $1955.00. What's worse is we found out that we were overcharged by at least $1500.00 for the Jeep we purchased from Lokey Nissan. The service department has descent customer service, which helps you to forget about horrible sales experience you had, which is how we easily walked back into their sales trap. The the sales department is HORRIBLE and has a terrible attitude problem. They are so sweet and kind, until they know you're locked in with a deal, then they leave you sitting for hours alone, not knowing what is going on and then become cocky and rude or ignore you from this point! We say good riddance and we are so thankful we never have to do business with you ever again. These people treated us like crap and what's worse is the owner backs up their behavior 100%. NEVER AGAIN! If we could we would give them MINUS 100 stars. More
