The interaction of the service staf I’ve taken my Nissan to Lokey at least three times in the past two years, and it’s always a satisfying experience. The interaction of the service staff and the teamwork is obvious. My service consultant was beyond efficient. He was knowledgeable, articulate, listened, maintained eye contact and kept me informed on a regular and timely basis. My Nissan was repaired in record time. I highly recommend Lokey Nissan. More

Went in for one drove off with two I am not new to purchasing cars. I actually enjoy the going back and forth and “dickering” to see what else I can get. No, seriously, the most laid back, get what you want, experience I have ever had purchasing a car. Our sales team went above and beyond to get us not one but two cars!! We went in to replace my daughters car with a nice reliable used car. Mario was so amazing to work with, no pressure, seriously none! He helped us search the internet to find the absolute best car for my daughter. Our plan was for her to purchase on her own. At 18, newly employed for the first time that wasn’t going to happen. Since I Co-signed her loan I decided to purchase a car for myself as well. We ate dinner with our sales team, hung out, joked about, test drove a few different cars, “kicked tires” and talked about color options for my purchase. Our sales team never blinked an eye when I decided well after closing that I too would be making a purchase. Davey Jones our finance guy just pulled out another stack of papers to get my paperwork in order. I know we won’t need another car for a couple years (when my next daughter needs hers) but this will be our go to for sure!! Hands down the best car buying experience I have had! Friendly, efficient service I took my new 2019 Rogue in for its first oil change and had a couple of other minor issues I needed to discuss or have corrected. All was taken care I took my new 2019 Rogue in for its first oil change and had a couple of other minor issues I needed to discuss or have corrected. All was taken care of while I waited and I was in and out within two hours. My lease includes free oil changes but I expected them to at least try to upsell additional services. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't and there was no charge whatsoever for the service. Additional, they have comfortable waiting area, well stocked with premium coffee, donuts, and other beverages and snacks. They have an outdoor smoking area but I would have appreciated someplace to sit down. The only other minor quibble I have is that they did a complementary car wash and my car was actually dirtier than when I took it in, with water spots and smudges on the glass and the paint. If I had paid for a car wash, I would have asked for it to be re-done. It wasn't a big deal though and only took a few few minutes to correct. More
